Bethel Heights will be our first in a series of winemaker dinners held at The Blue Goat. Bethel Heights winemaker, Ben Casteel will be pouring four wines paired with a four-course meal specifically crafted by our Executive Chef, Thomas Ghinazzi.
After a 6PM, pre-dinner reception at Coelho Winery, join us for a relaxing evening at The Blue Goat in Amity for dinner paired with Coelho wines. Chef Thomas Ghinazzi will prepare a 4-course menu of local and seasonal foods, paired with 2016 Coelho Vineyard Chardonnay, 2016 Delfina Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2011 Paciência Pinot Noir Reserve from our library, and our silky Aventura Port-style dessert wine. Reception 6:00-6:45 in the Coelho Tasting Room, Dinner at 7:00 at The Blue Goat around the corner.
