Our farm to table model means we have opportunities for you to work with us at the farm as well as in the kitchen and dining room. We are looking for highly motivated, inspired candidates to learn and grow with us at the Blue Goat.
Line cooks, prep cooks, bakers and wood fire experts are encouraged to apply. Even if we do not have a current opening, we still want to meet you and introduce you to our excellent scratch kitchen! Everything is made in house. Whole animal custom butchery program, farm-direct sourcing, meat curing and smoking, food preservation and custom baking make this a very exciting kitchen to be a part of. We provide casual fine dining service in our delightful space. The Blue Goat is housed in a historic building in downtown Amity, with exposed brick walls, wood elements, and an open kitchen with our cob oven on display. We introduce our customers to the best food and beverage our region has to offer. Servers, bartenders, sommeliers, and busser/dishwashers are encouraged to apply.
Blue Goat Farm raises goats, cattle, laying hens, and produce on a 25-acre parcel of mixed pasture and woodland 2.4 miles from the restaurant. Help wanted for land and livestock management, composting, firewood, and tending produce.
